• Provides relationship-based patient-centered care.
• Partners with patient and family using bedside shift reports and interdisciplinary rounds.
• Practices using current clinical practice standards.
• Coordinates delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care with diverse teams.
• Participates in performance improvement and shared governance initiatives.
• Serves as a preceptor or mentor to develop workforce.
• Promotes evidence-based practice and research in nursing.
