Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, obtain diagnostic tests, and assist with minor procedures.
• Count controlled substances and ensure care aligns with policies and protocols.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP notes and attend mandatory staff meetings/training.
• Communicate information to nursing staff, physicians and supervisors as needed.
