Qualifications

• Active RN license in state.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Team player with passion for senior care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per standards of practice and physician orders.
• Plan and monitor nursing interventions for residents.
• Evaluate care effectiveness and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate residents and families.
• Administer medications and treatments per center policy.
• Transcribe orders and document resident progress clearly.
• Report changes to supervisor and family.
• Coordinate rehab with therapists as needed.
• Oversee CNA documentation and assignments.
• Perform additional nursing tasks per State Nurse Practice Act.
