Dignity Health - Arroyo Grande Community Hospital in Arroyo Grande, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, high-quality patient care across a busy unit. You will perform focused assessments, administer treatments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support optimal outcomes.

Candidates must be a Graduate of an accredited RN program with a CA RN license and current CPR; ACLS and PALS within defined timeframes are expected.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• California RN license is required.
• CPR within 30 days; ACLS within 6 months; PALS within 6 months.

• Performs nursing history and physical assessments at admission and ongoing.
• Provides baseline data on activities of daily living.
• Reflects physiological and psychosocial condition of the patient.
• Reflects patient and family perceptions of health problems and hospitalization expectations.
• Provides information to begin discharge planning.
