Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a qualified licensed professional to administer skilled home health care in the patient’s home. You will follow physician orders and the plan of care while educating patients and families, ensuring quality care in a home setting.

Eligible candidates should hold a state license, have at least one year of licensed professional experience, and demonstrate basic technology skills including mobile device use.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
