Responsibilities include administering medications, maintaining care records, and participating in ongoing education to stay current with best practices.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and position patients with a minimum of 25 pounds of assistance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices.
