Job summary

University Physicians' Association, Inc. (UPA) is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to support University Surgical Oncology. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, partnering with physicians to deliver high-quality patient care.

You will assist with exams, coordinate surgeries and imaging, manage referrals, and maintain detailed medical documentation, while providing education and emotional support to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• 1+ years of experience (outpatient clinic/surgery experience preferred).
• Strong communication, organization and time management skills.
• Team player who puts patients first.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient exams and procedures.
• Schedule surgeries and radiology examinations.
• Referral management.
• Communicate test results to patients and care teams.
• Maintain accurate, detailed medical documentation.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
