Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide person-centered clinical care for residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. You will complete assessments, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support both short-term rehab and long-term care residents.

Must hold valid RN license and maintain licensure.
Shows compassionate, patient-centered approach.
Demonstrates strong communication and teamwork skills.
Able to perform assessments and administer treatments effectively.
