Yamato Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Boca Raton, FL is actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team in a full-time capacity across all shifts. The role offers up to $35.51 per hour plus shift differentials and comprehensive benefits.

The RN will provide direct care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, monitor residents’ health, and advocate for resident-centered care. Florida licensure and prior long-term care experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per care plans and physician orders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident wellness.
• Monitor health, document findings, and report changes promptly.

• Advocate for residents with dignity and respect.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Mentor CNAs and support a positive team environment.
