Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care through the nursing process and collaborate with the care team.
• Perform thorough patient assessments and document findings accurately.

• Assist physicians during procedures within competency and scope.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans with the team.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in CPR/code team activities when needed.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain infection control practices and safe clinical environment.
• Document care thoroughly in the medical record and support quality improvement.
