Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Kentucky.
• BSN preferred; ADN acceptable with plans to complete BSN within 2 years.
• Experience in acute care setting preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards of practice.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any abnormalities to the healthcare provider.
• Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate medication records.
• Perform basic nursing procedures, such as wound care, IV therapy, and catheterization.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and promptly.
• Participate in staff meetings, in-service programs, and other team-building activities.
