Overland Park Post Acute in KS is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for long-term care. Provide hands-on nursing care, manage IVs, medications, and treatments, and collaborate with physicians and families to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in KS (in good standing).
• CPR/BLS Certification required.
• 2+ years of experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on nursing care, including IVs, medications, and treatments.
• Monitor residents’ health and ensure care plans are followed.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver top-quality care.
• Supervise nursing staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
• Support training and mentorship of nursing staff.
