Job summary
Confidential is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) in Indiana to provide high-quality patient care within a resident-centered team. Qualifications
- Currently licensed RN in state of practice.
- CPR certification required; must obtain within 90 days of hire.
- License must be in good standing; no findings of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation in the registry.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality nursing care focused on resident outcomes using the nursing process.
- Identify needs and contribute to discharge planning and follow-up.
- Develop individualized care plans with residents and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Implement care plans consistently and cost-effectively with resident-centered outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals by sharing information about plan changes.
- Deliver and maintain optimum resident care and comfort by current nursing practices.
