Qualifications

• LPN license in Florida or multistate license.
• CPR certification required.
• Two years nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents.
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians; medication administration.
• Follow infection control and center policies; collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Identify and report abnormal changes in residents’ condition.
• Provide nursing care for long-term or rehabilitative needs.
