Job summary

Texoma Medical Center, a Texoma region acute care facility, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe, patient-centered care. You will work within a collaborative healthcare team, upholding standards of practice and contributing to high-quality outcomes in a complex clinical environment.

The role requires a TX nursing license or compact license, 1 year acute care experience, and BLS/ACLS per RQI guidelines. Orientation includes required coursework and assessments to ensure readiness.

Qualifications

• Current Texas nursing license or compact license.
• One year full time experience in an acute care setting.
• RQI BLS and ACLS required.
• BLS Healthcare Provider course per RQI guidelines will be provided during new hire orientation.
• Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s).
• Must be able to identify and competently address the needs of the populations served.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Demonstrate Service Excellence standards at all times.
