Job summary

Brickyard Healthcare seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver quality nursing care focused on resident outcomes. You will work with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans using the nursing process.

Responsibilities include discharge planning input, resident comfort, and collaboration with physicians. CPR certification and an active NY RN license are required; scheduling is flexible with strong benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
• Must hold and maintain a CPR certification.
• License in good standing; no abuse/neglect findings in registry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care focused on resident outcomes using the nursing process.
• Identify needs and input for discharge planning and follow-up.
• Collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary care team to develop care plans.
• Implement plans consistently and cost-effectively while maintaining resident comfort.
• Share information with physicians and other health care professionals to update plans.
