Qualificações

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.

Responsabilidades

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team.
• Leading and participating in shift reports, rounds, and care conferences to ensure accurate and timely communication.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient care, medication administration, and test results.
