Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice.
• CPR certification (must be current or obtained within 90 days of hire).
• License in good standing; no findings of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective quality nursing care using the nursing process.
• Identify needs and assist with discharge planning and follow-up.
• Assist with development of individualized care plans with residents and care team.
• Implement plans consistently to achieve resident-centered outcomes and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to adjust care plans.
• Maintain resident comfort and apply current nursing practices.
