Job summary

Highland House Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Grants Pass, OR is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time, 12-hour shifts. You will coordinate and deliver high-quality resident care, assess needs, develop care plans, and lead the nursing team.

Requires active Oregon RN license and ability to work 1–2 shifts weekly plus 2 weekend shifts monthly for PRN. Opportunity to grow in a supportive, resident-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon RN license required.
