Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments with accurate documentation and monitoring for side effects.
• Provide direct nursing care including wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management.
• Collaborate with physicians and families to coordinate and optimize resident care.
• Supervise CNAs and other healthcare staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment.
• Offer emotional support and education to residents and families, promoting overall well-being.
