Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• ADN required upon hire; BSN preferred.
• Licensed RN in state of practice; CPR/BLS within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process and collaborates with interdisciplinary team to care for patients.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments per policies and laws.
• Documents according to standards of care.
• Performs assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care.
• Develops and executes patient care plans with physician guidance.
• Participates in performance improvement activities and peer review.
• Escalates safety concerns through proper channels.
• Support longitudinal plan of care across units.
