Job summary

Coralvita Healthcare in Richardson, TX is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Day Shift nursing team. The RN provides and coordinates patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, collaborating with physicians, staff, patients, and families to ensure safe, effective care.

The role may serve as Charge Nurse based on needs. You will document accurately, follow hospital policies, and participate in quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Texas.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Prior acute care experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop, implement, and update care plans.
• Provide safe nursing care including medications, treatments, and wound care.
• Monitor conditions, communicate changes, and coordinate orders with physicians.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and discharge needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and protect patient confidentiality.
• Delegate and supervise care; serve as Charge Nurse when needed.
