Qualifications

• 1 year of nursing experience
• Current Louisiana RN licensure

Responsibilities

• Coordinates patient assessment through collection of health data
• Documents patient care assessments and plan of care in the medical record
• Performs ongoing comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessments
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to plan discharge and interventions
• Ensures timely administration of medications and treatments
• Maintains patient rights and safety according to policy
