You will oversee residents’ daily care, communicate changes to families, collaborate with the Medical Director, and mentor nursing assistants in a supportive, community-focused environment that emphasizes growth and excellence.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland CNA license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to resident's daily care.
• Communicate changes in condition and care, clearly and compassionately with residents and their families.
• Collaborate closely with the Medical Director to support resident health and care plans.
• Support, mentor, and provide clinical guidance to nursing assistants.
