Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license.
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility or long‑term care preferred.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct, high‑quality nursing care per individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet residents’ medical, emotional, and psychological needs.
- Observe residents’ conditions, document changes, and communicate findings.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
- Promote resident-centered care focused on comfort, dignity, and respect.
- Adhere to infection control, safety guidelines, and state/federal regulations.
- Guide and support CNA staff to foster a collaborative, team-oriented culture.
