Job summary

Atrium Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Brooklyn, NY is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for all shifts. The pay rate is $50–$53 per hour. Join a compassionate team dedicated to high-quality resident care and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities include administering medications, implementing care plans, wound care, monitoring residents, and accurate documentation. NY RN license required; prior skilled nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New York State.
• Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to resident care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Implement individualized care plans based on residents’ needs.
• Perform wound care, treatments, and other clinical procedures within the RN scope of practice.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly communicate changes to physicians and the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, observations, interventions, and resident responses.
• Order prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment as needed.
• Protect resident privacy and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and facility policies.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, compassionate, resident-centered care.
