Qualifications

• ADN or accredited RN program completed.
• BSN preferred.
• California RN license required and current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care per hospital policies and evidence-based practices.
• Monitor patient progress and document findings in EMR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and monitor responses.
• Respond to emergencies with appropriate nursing interventions and judgment.
• Adhere to safety, infection control and regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement, staff training and ongoing education.
• Float or be assigned to units based on patient care needs.
