Job summary

The ideal candidate will hold an California RN license, be BLS certified, and be willing to work in various units; experience in specialty units is preferred.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• No minimum experience for non-specialty units; 1 year acute care RN experience for specialty units.
• California RN license required; BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care based on hospital policies and evidence-based practices.
• Monitor patient progress and document findings in electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders; monitor responses.
• Respond to emergencies with appropriate nursing interventions.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement, in-service education, and staff training.
• Float or be assigned to units based on patient care needs.
