Job summary

365healthstaffing is seeking Registered Nurses to provide compassionate care in care centers serving patients experiencing homelessness with complex medical and psychiatric needs. You may work non-traditional settings and outside of typical clinical areas, offering aftercare support and independent, cool-tempered care with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include routine procedures, overdose monitoring and naloxone administration, thorough charting, patient education, and interprofessional

Qualifications

• RN diploma from an accredited nursing program with valid nursing license.
• 6 months to 1 year paid nursing experience.
• Facility is open 24/7; must be flexible on 8 hr or 12 hr shifts.
• BLS (AHA) certification required.
• All health records up to date (MMR/VZV, TB).
• Pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine procedures (vital signs, medications, MAR, charting, wound care).
• Monitor patients for overdose symptoms and administer naloxone or other interventions as needed.
• Maintain accurate medical records and document progress or changes in condition.
• Provide health management education and disease prevention guidance.
• Collaborate with health care team and report changes to staff.
