Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care on assigned shift (12-hour shifts for inpatient staff).
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessment and document findings.
• Plan, provide, and evaluate patient/family teaching; discharge planning.
• Document care per hospital policy; adhere to infection control guidelines.
• Supervise LPN and UAP; coordinate unit activities and resources.
