Saratoga Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Respite Care Worker for part-time shifts in Columbia, SC. You will assist with daily activities, support individuals with complex medical needs, and maintain clear patient documentation in collaboration with care teams.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of special needs care experience or relevant LPN/RN certification, CPR/First Aid, and the ability to obtain TB clearance and pass background checks. Equal opportunity employer.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in special needs care or relevant degree/certification (LPN, RN).
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• TB test clearance and ability to pass background checks.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, empathetic demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily activities including feeding, dressing, hygiene, and mobility.
• Administer medications and operate specialized medical equipment (e.g., feeding pumps, suction devices).
• Provide care for individuals with complex medical conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with families and care teams.
• Ensure safety and compliance with all regulations.
