The position requires at least 2 years of relevant care experience (or a qualifying degree/certification such as LPN or RN), current CPR/First Aid, TB clearance, and ability to pass background checks; strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of experience in special needs care (or relevant degree/certification: LPN, RN)
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• TB test clearance and ability to pass background checks
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, empathetic demeanor

Mansioni

• Support daily activities including feeding, dressing, hygiene, and mobility
• Administer medications and operate specialized medical equipment (e.g., feeding pumps, suction devices)
• Provide care for individuals with complex medical conditions
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with families and care teams
• Ensure safety and compliance with all regulations
