Job summary

Consumer Direct Care Network seeks a compassionate Sibling Respite Provider in Chippewa Falls, WI to support two children in their home and community. You will engage them in play, supervise basic care, and help with routine activities while maintaining a safe, nurturing environment.

The role offers 10 hours/week (afternoons/evenings), with scheduling flexible between family and provider, located in the child’s home and local community. CPR/First Aid preferred or willing to obtain.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to undergo a caregiver background check on hire.
• CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Engage the children in play and community activities.
• Provide supervision and support with basic personal care routines.
• Encourage positive social interaction and a safe, nurturing environment.
• Assist with routine activities around the home or outings in the community.
