Job summary

Louisville Gardens, a CCH Healthcare facility in Louisville, Ohio, is seeking a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) to join our clinical team. This role offers Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities to support residents with acute and chronic pulmonary conditions.

As part of a trusted healthcare network, you will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to deliver high-quality respiratory care, education, and outcomes-driven care planning for residents.

Qualifications

• CRT certification and licensure as required.
• Compassionate and skilled in patient care.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory assessments and monitor resident respiratory status.
• Administer oxygen therapy and respiratory treatments.
• Operate and monitor respiratory equipment.
• Assist with pulmonary rehabilitation programs.
• Monitor residents with COPD, pneumonia, asthma, and other cardiopulmonary conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and therapy teams.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and resident care conferences.
• Educate residents and families on respiratory care plans and goals.
• Communicate findings to the clinical team promptly when changes occur.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance.
