Job summary

United Cerebral Palsy Heartland is seeking a Residential DSP to support clients in Mehlville, MO. This full-time position offers 30 hours per week with shifts Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM to 3 PM, paid at $21.00/hour.

Responsibilities include daily task assistance, personal care and organizing activities. Female-only applicants are requested for client needs; reliable transportation, clean driving record, and completion of driver training are required, with weekend

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Clean driving record and driver training completion.
At least one weekend shift per weekend.
Experience with disabilities or in customer service.
Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
Professional and cooperative with clients and staff.
Good written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide physical assistance with daily tasks, assist with personal hygiene and facilitate activities.
Follow medical orders and administer medications.
Provide choices to clients for daily activities, entertainment and community outings.
