Job summary

Avantara Norton is seeking a Driver to support our skilled nursing residents by transporting them to appointments and activities, and by keeping the vehicle clean, safe, and comfortable.

As a Driver, you will ensure residents receive high-quality care and assistance while on the go. A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license are required; prior SNF driving experience is preferred, and we invest in the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Unencumbered driver’s license as required by the state.
• Prior driver experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to and from appointments outside the facility.
• Transport residents to and from activities and functions.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe vehicle environment.
