• Provide emotional support and reassurance during transportation.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of transportation vehicles and equipment.
• Monitor and report any incidents, near-misses, or concerns during transportation.
• Collaborate with care team to develop individualized transportation plans for residents.
• Maintain resident confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
