Job summary

Autumn Wind Community Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Transportation Aide to safely transport residents to appointments and activities in community vehicles. You will assist with loading, unloading, and securing residents, while maintaining vehicle safety and cleanliness.

The role requires a valid license, CNA or caregiver training, GPS familiarity, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. A drug screen and background check are required, with flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED and be at least 25 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be familiar with GPS and local driving area.
• No traffic crimes in the last 7 years; avoid DUI, DWS, reckless driving or felony traffic.
• Not more than 2 moving violations in 3 years and not more than one accident in 3 years.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with loading and unloading from community-approved vehicles.
• Ensures safe transportation of residents to medical appointments and activities.
• Maintains vehicle interiors and exteriors to promote safety and a positive image.
• Monitors vehicle maintenance logs and coordinates routine maintenance.
