Job summary

• Valid driver’s license and CDL if applicable.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive the van for scheduled appointments and activities.
• Assist residents onto/off the vehicle and to destination if needed.
• Notify supervisor of required repairs to the vehicle.
• Complete daily van checklist and check gas before each trip.
• Monitor and comply with vehicle inspection schedule.
• Keep facility environment safe by removing hazards and reporting issues.
• Clean interior and exterior of van weekly.
