Job summary

Legend Senior Living in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Resident Assistant/Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities and care. You will work as part of a compassionate nursing team, providing personal care, monitoring comfort, documenting tasks, and communicating needs to the Health Care Director.

No prior experience required; on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement are available. The role may include some evenings and weekends as needed to support residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in elder care is a plus, not required.
• Ability to work evenings/weekends may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily care of residents, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, and meals.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed.
• Document completed tasks such as daily shift reports and resident records.
• Communicate urgent needs for the next shift and any concerns to the Health Care Director.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift.
