Job summary

Seaton Senior Living is seeking a Care Manager to provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents in a safe, home-like environment. The role requires assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring residents' conditions, and promptly responding to calls and safety concerns.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED; CNA certification is preferred. Prior experience with seniors is valued.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of residents.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write in logs and routine correspondence.
• Ability to add and subtract whole numbers.

Responsibilities

• Care for a designated group of residents during the shift and check on them regularly.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and needs.
• Respond to resident call bells promptly.
• Assist with continence management and maintain sanitation of rooms.
• Help with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting and mobility.
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas.
