Responsibilities

• Support Nursing Services (Non-Clinical): assist the nursing department with non-nursing tasks, including bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.
• Assist with meals: prepare, deliver, and clean up meals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Encourage participation: support residents to engage in activities and social programs.
• Maintain cleanliness: keep resident rooms and common areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Provide laundry assistance: assist with resident laundry services as needed.
• Follow safety & compliance standards: comply with patient rights, employee responsibilities, and safety policies.
• Observe and report: identify and promptly report concerns or safety issues.
• Assist as needed: perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations.
