Job summary

The Phoenix Senior Living group is hiring a Resident Care Associate (CNA) for The Phoenix at Union Hill in Phoenix, AZ. The full-time role requires every other weekend and occasional PRN weekend coverage, with shifts from 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm.

As a Resident Care Associate, you will provide hands-on care and emotional support, following each resident's PSP while maintaining a safe, home-like environment in assisted living and memory care settings. Previous elder care experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High School education preferred and may be required by the state.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential or equivalent experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provides hands-on care and emotional support to residents.
• Assists with activities of daily living according to each resident's Personal Service Plan (PSP).
• Monitors hydration, meals, and room cleanliness per schedule; reports changes.
• Responds promptly to call bells and security alerts and documents care.
• Maintains safety, sanitation, and respectful handling of residents.
