Job summary

You will assist with activities of daily living, observe changes, support meals and hydration, follow infection control and documentation standards, and communicate clearly with residents, families, and team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in assisted living, caregiving, or senior services preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with residents, families, and team members.
• Commitment to resident safety, respect, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Provide respectful, service-focused support to promote independence wherever possible.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or cognitive condition.
• Support meal service, hydration, and engagement in daily routines.
• Follow proper infection control, safety, and documentation standards.
