Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires CBRF Registry and DHS 83 core courses for CBRF assignments.
• Requires valid driver’s license (if driving facility vehicles).
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and assist with transfers up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 18 years old and pass background check per Wisconsin Caregiver Law.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, hygiene support, and assist with ADLs.
• Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and follow individual diet plans.
• Administer medications and treatments under RN supervision.
• Maintain clean, safe living areas and follow infection‑control practices.
• Document care, observe resident condition, and report changes promptly.
• Support therapy and activity plans; help with housekeeping tasks.
• Drive residents to appointments and community activities.
• Uphold resident rights, confidentiality, and all assisted living policies.
• Contribute to a positive, respectful team and community environment.
