Responsibilities

• Assist the nursing department with non-nursing tasks, including bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.
• Prepare, deliver, and clean up meals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Support a positive living environment by encouraging residents to engage in activities and social programs.
• Keep resident rooms and common areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with resident laundry services as needed.
• Comply with the Patient Bill of Rights, Employee Responsibilities, and all safety policies and procedures.
• Identify and promptly report concerns, safety issues, or conditions requiring management or nursing attention.
• Perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations.
