Job summary

PruittHealth Corporation seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to join the PH Family First initiative in the Atlanta metro area. The role focuses on comfort, privacy and basic hygiene for patients, with duties including vital signs, transfer assistance, meal prep and medication reminders.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, an active CNA certification, and at least one year of healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and an active, current CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with adults in a healthcare setting.
• Current registration in State Nurse Aide Registry and valid driver's license with auto liability insurance.
• Attend at least 12 hours of annual in-service education; participate in team meetings and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort care, dignity and privacy for the patient.
• Obtain vital signs and report changes to supervision.
• Assist with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming and dressing.
• Coordinate care with RN Supervisor and maintain visit records.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation and exercises; provide meals and errands.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and observe skin integrity.
