Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to support residents at Heritage Place Assisted Living in Burleson, Texas. You will help with daily living activities, mobility, and personal care, while promoting dignity and independence.

Join a team-focused environment that values residents first and offers flexible PRN shifts including evenings. Prior experience is beneficial but not required; CNA is a plus. Sagora supports growth and has benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and other associates in English.

Responsibilities

• Caring for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of our residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including wardrobe, personal hygiene, and mobility.
• Aid in daily tasks such as housekeeping, use of telephone, laundry, transportation, and mail delivery.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and status.
• Conduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents.
