Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care in Park Rapids, MN is seeking a Resident Assistant (RA) to provide compassionate care and support for residents. Roles include toileting, bathing, dressing, feeding assistance, mobility support, medications, and end-of-life care, with a focus on dignity and person-centered service.

Opportunities include full-time or part-time schedules, with day shifts and a 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM option, plus benefits like PTO and health coverage.

Qualifications

• MUST PASS a DHS background Study
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older; exceptions apply if CNA license per regulations

• Management of Dementia related behaviors
• Transfer and Mobility Assistance (including use of mechanical lifts)
