Job summary

Windsor Manor Webster City is seeking compassionate caregivers (Resident Assistants) to join our Assisted Living team. We welcome CNAs, home health aides, and private caregivers who have a genuine heart for seniors. Training will be provided for the right person, and shifts include Part-Time and Full-Time positions with same-day pay.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, document care, and collaborate with the Resident Services Director to ensure a warm, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year related health care experience.
• Criminal Background Screening required.
• Drug free workplace policy adherence.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care services as scheduled under supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Maintain resident records and service plans.
• Communicate with Resident Services Director and team for continuity of care.
• Promote a safe environment for residents and staff.
• Support neighborhood programming and operations.
